great video - question: I just received a PC that has 3-user accts ( 2- ms acct admin user * 1- local admin user). How can I delete 1- local admin user & 1- ms acct admin user- please help

You’ll have to log in as an administrator to remove the other accounts. You can do so from the User Accounts section inc Control Panel

What will happen if I remove the pc from the domain? There will be no users in the aministrator group?

There is always a local administrator account for that exact reason.

If this is a domain-joined laptop which is common for businesses, you won’t be able to follow these instructions. You’ll need a professional IT help or will need to completely wipe the machine back to factory.

@@EttoreBazan​​⁠ the hard drive would have to be replaced unless they can provide you with that key. There’s no getting around bitlocker. It encrypts the entire drive for data protection.
