Do not run that high a dpi on a xtool. You can't make a dot size as small as this fiber laser. I'd start at 254 dpi and you may even need to drop lower. Diode lasers aren't a sharp point they are oval and high dpi will blend your pixels making it blurry with higher dpi
@@jonsaircond8520 Good diode lasers are symetrical. For example, the Opt Lasers XT-50 is a symmetrical 0.002". Cheap diode lasers, or multi diode lasers (more made for cutting) are not symmetrical.

Can you resize the prepared image downloads? Or do you have to leave them in the native size?
Leave the prepared in native size :) but you can always download the original and readjust everything with imag-r.com
Can fiber lasers engrave canvas?
I use black canvas from Walmart. Looks amazing.
