This is one of the best performances I have ever seen in my entire life. (Yes, I know Tony Royster Jr., Mike Mangini and all the Berklee and Gospel Chops guys) The thing is, not even in micro timing I couldn't find any mistakes, except for one hit. This whole thing is incredibly tight and I must not forget to mention the improvisations, the vivid dynamics, and that this is one take. One Take!
@NiclasRachow I agree this is next level.. have you also seen a guy called El Estepario Siberiano by any chance? Check out his UA-cam if you’ve not seen him
@@hesnotwell7624 Thank you. As a matter of fact I have been following him since he had like 10k followers. Overall, Siberiano is one of the most impressive drummers in the whole wide world. His Chris Coleman cover is outstandingly insane.
You might enjoy the idea in this video as well... ua-cam.com/video/J5kHKbuzpYs/v-deo.html ... it is the more current setup. Using a cut down (from 20" to 16") Meinl Extreme Metal ride.
entheosOFFICIAL how loud is the 18 kick behind the kit/in the room? is it on a mount? I have never considered straying from 22s since I had 20s that really struggled volume wise. It was probably specific to that drum make but i just stuck with what I know
sick playthrough. how are the oak sticks compared to hickory? I use 2b's as well but wondering what the differences might be. Major props to doing live takes of songs as challenging as these. It's honestly good to see a minor mistake at 3:26 to know that you're human. I'm tired of all these perfect covers and playthroughs that are so obviously tons of small takes.
Meinl MB20 heavy hi hat bottom (in place of the ride) that is genius ! Never thought of doing that instead of using a ride. You save so much space !!!!
People who don’t play just don’t understand how good he is man. I’ve been playing drums since I was a kid and am close but I’ve been also inspired my this dude since animosity, he’s mastered his craft no doubt. 🫡
the endorsement labels were fucking amazing
Dude you're awesome! I could only imagine how it feels to be able to play like that! I bow to you
killer technique - beautiful rhythmic details - sweet creative contrasts - love this!!!

Awesome production, awesome playing, awesome everything!
Really dig that 14'' ride!!!
P.S. Orbinated setup ftw!
Defkalion Dimos Right? It was a cool idea using the top of a set of hats for a ride.
Edit: Bottom of a set* lol I do that a lot.
That's mad! I've been trying to imagine a ride that somehow doesn't take up so much space.. thank you for the idea!Sick playing and sound!

They're heavier, the wood is more dense. They don't break very often.
cool I'm gonna have to try them. Thanks for the reply and keep killing it!
What the fuck
He has the best drumming face I've ever seen

I love how this guy does quite a few kit variations in his videos.
