I like to have a cleaning schedule to focus on cleaning one area each day instead of trying to do it all in one day to avoid getting overwhelmed. Everyday I clean up my kitchen, do the dishes, and keep surfaces clean. It has really helped me.

I love your content. Having health issues I have had to adapt a slower pace, having an easier weekly cleaning schedule helps me tremendously. Each week, I focus on one specific area for extra things. I then have daily tasks for each day of the week for each room that is lighter work. It doesn’t take long plus if I get too tired, I can rest.

Me too. In my mind I am READY TO GO. But I started falling and have to have a walker. I cannot clean all day like others. I have to cook sitting in my walker. It’s too much to stand up the whole time and cook. I look at Hanna and wish I could do all she does. Yesterday I swept all the floors, washed dishes cleaned my stove and got part of my bathroom before I pooped out. I just turned 69 and wish I could do better. Sometimes you just have to live thru someone’s else’s eyes❤

I am a teacher, and since school has been out I have been deep cleaning my kitchen and re-organizing all my cabinets. It’s been hard, but also very rewarding.

I love the idea of doing one room at a time. I usually get so distracted when I pop in another room and start cleaning in there and realize I hadn't finished the last room I was at. I need to focus more on the one room at a time. I also have been trying to keep up with certain rooms, especially the kitchen and bathrooms, to clean them once a week and then it isn't so hard to keep them clean, but sometimes, that is not always the case, life gets busy and things get put off. Such is life though! Love your cleaning videos, very motivating!

That Bissell wet vac does a really great job! Like lots of people, I’ve used lots of things to clean my floors…the traditional mop & bucket, spin mop, swiffer wet jet, swiffer pads, O’Cedar spray mop, steam mop, the list goes on. A cleaning tip: always take something with you when you leave the room and put it away. This helps you keep a lot picked up. And teaches kids responsibility to always pick up after themselves.

I have always been one who likes to clean up as I go & as I can. When my children were very young, there were times when I needed to let things slide to get more needed projects done. But then I could only handle it so long then it had to get cleaned up... it gets too depressing. I feel like there's a big difference in having it dirty vs cluttered. Great motivation video!

I really like the cleaning videos. You are right - just tell yourself to clean one room at a time. I love the motivation I feel to keep going when one is completely clean. Sometimes just spending 10-15 minutes can accomplish alot of cleaning.

Hi Hannah, I’m on my own so cleaning isn’t a problem but I too like a tidy home so I clean as I go then nothing is overwhelming. I add to my dishwasher through the day and then put on a wash every other day. I do my washing every 3 days. I admire how you manage to keep your home looking so nice.
My favorite cleaning hack is using a pillow case to clean ceiling fan blades. Open the pillow case up and slip over each blade and the dust will be enclosed in the pillow case. Once done cleaning all your fans, take the pillow case outside, turn inside out and shake it. 😊

I love doing my bed linens on Fridays. That way when you want to sleep in on Saturday they are fresh and cozy.

Great motivation, Hannah. I try to work one room at a time, but then I go off and vacuum the entire second floor, or do all the windows on a floor. That method always makes me feel I have nothing done. One room at a time is the way to go. I do keep the rooms picked up and dishes done before bed. Nothing worse than dishes in cold water first thing in the morning.

We have a full homeschool here going into 12 yrs. Because I stay home and homeschool 5 kids, keeping a schedule isn't easy because things shoft often and to prevent myself from overwelm, I plan a reset day on Tuesdays because its the only day that we can't go to the park for workout. We stay home divide and conquer.
The Lord blessed me with four girls and 1 boy (2yrs old). Since my girls are older, with the youngest being 9, everyone has chores. I don't wash dishes, fold, clean their rooms, do their bathroom. I focus on the laundry area patio's and over-see the chores. Its the blessing of having teens trained to be homemakers and soon to be entrepreneurs.

Wonder how long you will keep Levi in a crib and if he is being potty trained. Its been so long since I've had a toddler and he's a boy. 🤯 He just turned two May 31st and isn't interested in pottys and climbs out of his crib unless I put a sleep dress on him😢.
