- We have now made our way from the Austrian mountains to the MUC Off HQ after a heavy 2 weeks where we was road tripping out of my converted Volkswagen Transporter living the ultimate van life!
The idea of this trip was to collect my new custom helmets which we did however I am not able to share those just yet so I figured that after a heavy 2 weeks shredding it was time for a well overdue maintenance session on my Haibike ALLMTN 7 EMTB!
I started with a clean using the foamy pressure washer before cleaning the drivetrain thoroughly, applying bike protect to the frame, silicone shine to the suspension and finally lubing the chain. Although this is a simple bike maintenance routine it is extremely effective and my bike has never felt so good!

I was using the degreaser on my cassette like that but it got into the wheel hub and stripped out all the grease. Hub seized on a big ride. LBS told me I was over cleaning my bike 😕

Thanks! I was but currently have a Maxis up front and a Magic Mary on the rear but when I get my hands on some more Eddy current's they will go on the bike!
@@TomCardy I have the magic mary front and hans dampf rear, both great tyres but I was after something more of an all year tyre and get good wear on the ebike, would you go 2.6 or 2.8?

Hey, Any suggestions for the "best" full suspension mtb for under £1000? I'm struggling with cash alot and can't afford anything more then that much.
Personally I’d buy a slightly older bike that’s used as it will have better spec than a brand new full suspension for that price and it will work better
Look at some used bikes, there are some great deals available! Just be sure to do some research about some red flags to look out for when buying used bikes.
Have a look at some used bikes dude you will get a real good deal with that budget!

Be very carefull when jet washing any bike the seals on the bearings will not take the high pressure and wash the grease away
