This will only be the case whilst the 'craftworks' thing is ongoing on T&E lab. Last week it was apples, week before it was playing cards. Seems to rotate every week so keep an eye out for which items are required. Won't always be coins/earrings.
@@pu239 Oh for sure, i wasn't meaning that's the only reason they are valuable. But is the reason they have gone from 9k - circa 20k. They will likely be back down to 10k next week once the event switches. Still worth picking up however!

@@pu239 tourniquets are for wounds and sugical kits are for everything.... tourniquets dont fix fractures....
