Don't know how I missed that video . I'm going to try that on my dirt axe as I call it see how it goes. Dirt axe is that one for chopping stumps and brush out of my trails. I think this maybe the first video on this. I'm from Canada Eh . Good good luck with the giveaway. Keep on chopping.
Thank you so much for watching !!! Oh yeah I have a “dirt axe” as well it’s good to have an axe designated for that kind of stuff !! Yeah definitely give it a shot I think it’ll work out great for you 👍
They’re great axes !! I use my Hudson Bay as a companion axe to my felling axe. I usually either have the Hudson Bay or the flying fox on me at all times in the woods 👍 good luck !!
@@940joey2 yes sir, it is a very historic axe, it makes a good trappers axe and the flying fox is just small axe perfection. I have a flying fox, plan on getting another in the future.
@@tested123 yeah I can totally do that , I’ll be honest i think I’ve only used my gransfors bruk small forest axe once. I’ll make it a point to do the video after I do the give away video 👍
@@940joey2 i know its made for chopping but i would like to see how it does around the campsite for small splitting and small tasks. is it too clumsy for small kindling? basically as a camper with shitty axe do i buy this one or down size a bit?
