Thanks again for watching, and we'll see you next week!
I love cherry shrimp because they are easy and love the red. It took me three to four times to keep but now I have a lot and loving it
Thank you for pronouncing Caridina and Neocaridina correctly !!!
Your video is very succinct, gave great information and a joy to watch. So so much better than 80% of the stuff out there. Keep it up! I too love a nicely scaped tank and also hope to breed shrimp, great to see that someone else feels the same way. It's only 1 week old high tech, 17 gallon and doing great!
Thank you, really appreciate that. Good luck with your 17g!
Great info! Beautiful tank and shrimps!
Thank you, Ash!
Excellent info! Just what I needed. 😀 🦐
Glad it was helpful!
I bought that canister filter it works awesome thank you
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching
Great video and helpful information!
just like 2 min ago I received my package of crystal red shrimp! About to do a unboxing video. Haha
Awesome!
awesome shrimp
Love em!
Great video
Thanks!
Could you use spring or distilled water?
As a person who used to have a high end Reef tank, i find the CRS is easy to care.
Wow bro you're so cool 😎
Standing ovation 👏
Nice video 👍
Thanks!
PERFECT VIDEO
Thanks!
Nice video :) was just curious why you chose to use Seiryu for your aquascape with crystals? The white lines in that stone are made of calcium carbonate, so it will always be leeching hardness into the water and raising the pH. The life of your buffering substrate will be lessened do to the KH as well. I personally haven't tried using Seiryu in my shrimp tanks because of this. Was just wondering how yours have done since January.
Thank you! I haven't had much issue there yet. The tank has been thriving with about 20 shrimplets now. Been fun to watch!
@@CichlidBros oh cool :) how often are you doing water changes? My TDS rises by about 50 per week. So I definitely can never delay that tank
What is the name of the plants in this tank? Especially the tall grass? Great video!
Thanks! The tall plants are vallisneria. And then Java moss is the other one
Good Info what are your temp?
What is water gh kh without add mineral?
Would it be safe to put root tab fertilizers in a cardina tank?
Yep!
@@CichlidBros it won't affect the the tds ?
How have you been going with a rimless with clown kilis? I heard they were jumpers
Clown killis aren’t as bad. Didn’t have any jumpers personally
Question at 2:32 you Say to add a product like salty shrimp GH/KH+ but the bottle you show so is just GH+. Why?
way late but neocardina and cardina shrimp have different water parameter requirements. cardina shrimp preder water with 0-1kh while neo caradinas are better in slightly higher gh water! he has bees which are cardinas so he needs only higher gh not kh!
I just want to know, what is your opinion on blood parrots.
Aren't they a product of human selective breeding? They'll eat anything smaller than them, have trouble feeding bc of their mouthes (like selective bred dogs, like the pug, that was bred more for looks than function), i suggest not to buy or keep thing, supporting their creation.
Crystals do also live in inert substrates and tap water with the right care.
link to the tank?
Waterbox clear 10
What did u say the fish were call Crown what??
Clown killies
Tank mates? Snails :) Ramshorns, Asolenes etc
Can I put together with the ciclids?
I would try to avoid if you can. Even the smallest cichlids would likely eat the shrimp
PH ?
You should put a period at the end and call it brothers.
Arent your clown fishes jump out?
No jumping 🚫
