I know a really cool Bauheck, I don't know if it works in Java, but it definitely works in Bedrock, and I've even tried it out.
Step 1: You have to build a water elevator, so soul sand, water and seaweed.
Step 2: And then you remove the water with an ejector block (it can also be called something else), i.e. with a bucket.
Step 3: When there is no more water, only the air bubbles should be there and you can still swim high as usual, then lie rather high because the air is pale.
!!! If it works, I would be very happy if you include it in your 10 design videos!
I don't think so many know it.
