When I made my homemade fettucine Alfredo when I made my homemade sauce I used three chesses such as parmesan cheese already graded in a jar, I graded a block of Colby jack cheese and a block of mozzarella cheese. Along with heavy cream, milk, olive oil, flour and seasoning and my recipe was so delicious.

Shrimp alfredo is my favorite! I do a shrimp alfredo and add some Louisiana crawfish tails turning it into more of a seafood alfredo. So yummy.
