I'm still in BEFORE "The New War" and the Last fish is in the same spot as the one in AFTER "The New War" they most of changed it

Hello, why is it impossible to get ? Did you watch the video ? You must shoot the radiators with the cannon, then press the button to get out the water. And there’s the fish ;)
