@@DesdichadoDK The music & design aesthetic have never disappointed. Some of the best work was put into BFA (unfortunately overlooked by many due to added mechanics & reward systems)
This is amazing! I was always a sucker for Troll music, but this is beyond everything we ever had. The thing Blizzard always gets right is the music! (I honestly dont know a single Blizzard game with mediocre music)
I largely disliked the WoD music, honestly. It was so loud and blaring and never very ambient. It was the only WoW expansion where I immediately turned off the music during leveling.
Nathan R You're insane(in my opinion). Wod had great music and I'm not trying to be mean but it sounds like your being a band wagon to everyone who hates WoD. The expansion was shit, yes, but not the music. Like, have you been in Shadowmoon Valley?
I like how this isn't so grim and fatalistic like many of the pieces from Legion. This feels a bit more... cheery. I kind of miss simply going on a good old fashioned adventure, exploring acient civilizations and unearthing treasure, instead of either helping or stopping some genocidal madman who wishes to blast half of the planet to Outland and back.
There will be nothing cheery about the ending phase of Battle for Azeroth. There still is a ''genocidal mad man'' technically, except it's not a man but N'zoth.
Don't forget Jaina turning into Garrosh with boobs and better hair. But you know, at least for a few bits and pieces of the campaign, it would be nice to not have constantly "SUCCEED WITH THIS ASININE TASK OR THE WHOLE WORLD BURNS IN FEL FIRE, AAAGRLBLAGHUARGHBLPFRZHAGARRRHAAA!" shoved in my face.
Yeah totally, I agree. At least it'll last for a patch or two when we need to get Azshara as well, im thoroughly gonna enjoy playing Zandalari this whole expansion.
I think I'll make a Zandalari toon, just for shits and giggles. Still have to settle for a sodding main though, I'm still torn between my orc warlock and my goblin hunter. The former gets the bast transmogs in every expansion; I'm fairly certain that this will be the case in BFA as well. Plus, melting people and dishing out magical Super AIDS is fun. The hunter however gets a shit ton of really awesome new pets in BFA. Plus, we'll get bee mounts. And placing my huge warlock with his continental-plate-sized shoulder pads on those poor bees just feels wrong. Ah, decisions, decisions...
Just finished Zuldazar. I loved everything about it, but the soundtrack was definitely the best part about the region, especially the flute (2:30 - 5:10).

As an FFXIV player who loves the immense body of music in that game: Hearing that first piece presented here, when I first came into Zandalar on my new moo, was so very, very sweet. I've always loved WoW's music, but this seems a level above a lot of what I've heard before, and I adore it. There hasn't been a bad or uninteresting piece in the entire dang game-continent, really.

Probably the best soundtrack of all expansions, I really get chills from it. It's very powerful and they seem fresh compared to older songs played while you're in cities or zones being recycled and edited in WoW.
Azeroth's kingdoms mirror real life civilizations: Stormwind - Medieval France, considering its strong church, military orders and heavy agricultural output. Lordaeron - The Holy Roman Empire, as it was a gigantic power built out of several city states (Southshore, Stratholme, Andorhal, Caer Darrow, Tyr's Hand, etc) under an imperial authority,. Alterac - Medieval Switzerland, as it was a small mountainous kingdom renowned by their cheese (the Alterac Swiss) and next to a large Imperial power. Kul Tiras - A mix between conquistador-era Spain, the British Empire, Venice and Genoa; given their prowess as a naval power, importance as trading fleets and heavy reliance on a conclave of houses as government; much like merchant republics in the middle ages. Stromgarde - Scotland, as a kingdom of fierce warriors native to highland regions. Gilneas - Victorian England. Especially London. Dalaran - Some people point out to the Byzantine Empire in its latter years, as well as Dalaran being inspired by islamic architecture, given its minarets, domes and spires.
Sunstrider you know this actually a pretty good comparison great job, though one thing about Dalaran is tha fact that technically it is not purely a human nation since a considerable population of high elves helped to found it and lived there permanently alongside the humans until the third war (though currently they returned as both the high elven Silver Covenant and the blood elven Sunreavers respectively), i mention this because some of Dalaran’s architecture (mostly its use of spires and domes) are somewhat reminiscent of the Thalassian architecture used by both the High elves and Blood elves (just compare Dalaran and Silvermoon) so considering their history with the city its posible that the elven settlers helped to make the buildings in an style similar to (though not exactly the same as) that of Quel’Thalas.
I wonder if you ever played warcraft, proppably not. Youd know that herp of panderpia was a horrible miss in terms of theme and didnt feel like warcraft at all. Just beautiful. Not long ago I found myself being a lover for Trolls, their history and backgrounds and since I started roleplaying them, I even neglected my beloved Draenei and Blood elf characters. I'm so waiting for the next addon :D
- Eh, nobody till now disliked this! :O
Recently I've grown somewhat tired of my Orc Hunter, so I considered changing his race. Now I'm torn between Goblins, cause Goblins always make me smile, or Trolls, because of the Zandalari mostly. I almost pissed myself in joy when I heard that we finally get to visit Zandalar and be able to play as Zandalari Trolls.
Dislikes don't do anything on youtube anymore :(

Wow this is amazing, definitely my favourite so far.
This is the music I'll play during the funeral of my hype for Zandalari paladins and monks.
This title never gets old. It’s so unique
awesome music!
tracks names:
Sam Cardon & David Arkenstone - Might of Zandalar
David Arkenstone & Sam Cardon - The Grand Bazaar
This is SO EPIC :/ one of the best Themes i ever heard.
Damn, A year ago i was hyped asf. Now we all take it back
The Zandalari songs are the best part of the hole expansion!
I can't wait for no more GREEEEEN!!!!
Yeah itll be good to see a return of the MOP / early WOD color palette. Legions green fel fucking everywhere starting with WOD's Hellfire Citadel fel-remake was so god damn depressing and generic.
There's too much GWEEN
Is there a name to the soundtrack at 2:30? It's so beautiful.

i could listen to it a thousand times.
Like a boat running through the waters of Zuldazar, reaching up slowly to grab one if it's perfect flowers from their trees as you float.
AUGH BFA COME OUT FAAAST
