I have the same machine and to me.. it doesn't do the arches like I prefer. But it is still ok. The rollers massage pretty deep but doesn't hit the arches as well as I'd like
What to do if it stops working? How can I fix it?

really sorry to hear that dear. It's been three years right i think it should be fine but still if you fell pain in your ankle then u should take your doctors advice first before trying it out. Hope this info will help you.
