Seeing you guys play this right after my gaming bestie and I completed it was amazing. You guys got SO DAMN LUCKY in the LIDAR section. You just happened to jump down the correct hole without acknowledging the pussle, and then walked straight to the door (randomly generated). That part took us a WHILE to figure out.

@Karma-nl3il Yay! I believe that the Backroom (from watching Kanes and ASyncs videos) is a conscious being in which we partially created. We gave it information (with or without intentionally doing so) about our world and thus is changing and creating areas similar to what we would see. But since it's from an alternate reality, there were already beings there...they just lived in a different world than we see now. The reason people seem to develop of cough could be from the world's naturally environment but our bodies can't handle the bacterium there. Async opened the door the something they truly don't understand. Like, this world seems to be millions upon millions of sqaure miles, larger than Earth. But we see or hear these creatures that shouldn't exist right? What if we invaded an alternate realm and the world is trying to defend itself? Idk. None of what I said really makes sense but it think the Backrooms is a conscious being that does what it wants when it wants and we have created this connection and thats why people get sucked in. We opened something and it's slowly taking over our planet but...in a way we physically can't see.
