There not all lowered , but lot of em are bagged so you can raise high as you want.

I use to use gopro but switch to my phone it's so much clearer and fast

@@todbnla yea there good for attaching to the vehicle and filming that way or if im in the garage slinging sparks or metal shavings i use it. So i dont ruin my phone.

Was the same weekend i posted the video!!! They do a thing that starts friday and show all day saturday and then a concert downtown waxahachie on sat night they been doing this event there for years its always that same park.
