Didn't check the nearly 500 comments posted so far but I'm guessing Mr. Deyo was influenced by the great Bob Newhart. His style and material remind me of Newhart. Very intelligent, clean, often subtle, and self-deprecating. A comedy style not seen very often in 2021. As one comment stated, Tony Deyo would make a great talk show host. If that's something he's interested in, then I hope it comes his way. I'd tune in!
If he was hosting an awards show, I would tune in just for his opening monolog. Then turn it off because award shows themselves are awful & boring. And awfully boring.

Yeah, It's real easy to make fun of someone who endures something that most of us could never even come close to getting through. The disrespect put forth in this video, and in particular, in the comment section turns my stomach. I'm retired Navy, 1974-1995. I'm a father of three, and yes, it was hard sometimes, And I'm not trying to take anything away from that. But, as hard as parenthood is, it pales in comparison to earning the right to be a special forces member. It briefly crossed my mind to try out because they pushed it during Bootcamp. But then they showed us the recruitment videos detailing what was required to become a Seal, And I don't mean the watered down videos shown to the general public, These were the real deal. At that point I didn't even try to be a Seal, because I knew what was required to graduate from such an exclusive community. And although I grew up on a farm and was much tougher than the majority of my fellow recruits, (I thought Bootcamp was a breeze). I knew I probably didn't have the stuff that it takes to be a Navy Seal. Physically, I probably would have been able to do it, But the mindset to go through what they had to, in order to achieve success was another thing altogether. You have to be a special type of person to have that sort of determination, That "never quit" attitude, no matter how hard it gets. You have to "want it" more than most people can imagine. That's a whole different story. It's something that most of us don't have inside of us. So, to sit in your comfortable chairs, in your air-conditioned rooms, enjoying the freedoms you did nothing to earn, yet you still have, Freedoms won by men and women better than you. And sit there and make snide remarks about something you know absolutely nothing about, sickens me. Everyone who comments here who has anything other than admiration for these people, Should be ASHAMED.
bob d This is a COMEDY act! It’s a JOKE. Joke are not real statements, and I’m convinced he doesn’t actually believe that. We all truly thank you for your service, but this is the context in which to write a paragraph about it. No one ever actually believes parenthood is harder than being a SEAL. It’s just a joke, and makes for a catchy title, which is what UA-cam is all about. Have a nice day.
You can tell that he was in band, because he practices the elements with his voice very well... Whenever he changes the subject line he likes to be loud, and audible... Then as he gets to the heart of the joke, he decrescendos and becomes soft. This cadence repeats throughout the entire segment.
I tried out for the school band, but they didn’t need a lead guitarist. Personally, I think just said that, because they didn’t have a long enough extension cord. 😃 🎸
His calm and laid back delivery are great, he could even be effortlessly hosting a show. Enjoyed it VERY much and cracked like a cookie with the last part.

He's awesome. As an older mom now can I tell you younger ones something novel? When the baby is awake you actually do the dishes and the bills. Baby doesn't have to be in our arms 24/7. Colic is a whole other thing, but even then the swing worked with mine.

If you can wear the baby, that's best. I put my youngest in a bouncing device that was suspended from the top of the door frame. It looked great, was convenient, but I've had 15 years of bouncing as a coping mechanism that may never go away as a result. He's a happy child, we're very close, but he still rocks at 15 and has fallen off a chair at school. My other three children never had an issue like this. The more coddling you do with your infant, the more independent they will be. Strap that baby to you, not to the door.

Laugh out loud at the just in case you're wondering if I changed his name to protect his identity I didn't and then he spells it...love him
This guy is adorable! Love it.
I love the pauses, well timed pauses, especially with the YT troll. We know exactly what he was going to do to the troll before he ever said it, which made it funnier. Word pictures are priceless. Gifted comedian.
Thanks so much for watching
Wish I could give multiple thumbs up.😂😂😂
Haha... I wish you could too :-)
You have major support, obviously. I went to DeBaron's sights and everyone was sticking up for you and letting him know how talented he is or isn't. I asked him how he likes this instant dose of karma/voodoo.
The wit is strong with this one
Haha! Thanks.
I think you are fantastic- and Loved it was so clean....
You, my good man... Are hilarious.
