Hey Warren I'm sure you've seen me around here before but just want to say thanks for the mostly indepth content and the conversations you have with us I think I speak for everyone when I say it's a pleasure to be able to view your content and get your thoughts on topics
Dairy farmer from New York here, me and my father run a small 80 cow operation, we do custom cropping, around 250 acres of corn and beans and 150 of hay ground. Seems like these guys are doing more with less these days and it’s hard to imagine covering the amount of acres others do, it’ll take us damn near November to finish off the beans with this weather and rain and it takes a good month or so to get 150 acres of corn done, we have a batch dryer and if all goes well can do 500-1500 bushel in a day. Key words IF. I try to maintain all our equipment and as long as it’s not getting deep into an engine or hydraulic systems I’ve been able to do all the work in house. Minimal things we sub out. Had to have a shaft re chromed on a cylinder and had someone do that but I rebuilt it and that saved us 600$ and that’s just one hydraulic cylinder on an 18 foot sunflower disk lol
I replaced one of those heater valves last week. The Velcro had me stumped for a while too! I’m surprised at how little difference there is in the equipment sold in America to what we get in Northern Ireland. Love the videos, keep up the hard work!
Morning ,your right .nothings worse than buying new parts that are nfg. Great video Warren Thanks for sharing, enjoy the commentary ,safe travels Looking forward to the next one Sask 🇨🇦
I never thought I would ever hear a kind word about NewHolland / Ford ever here. Good to hear they did make some pretty good stuff though. I really hate it when you buy a new part that is broken right out of the box or fails a week down the road.
Great video Warren Thanks for your insight on certain pieces of equipment and the time you spend video what is wrong and what it takes to fix it. Thanks for sharing your videos stay safe Warren.
The number of people getting junk parts, even from the dealer noe, used to be mostly aftermarket crap like dorman. I try to get oem parts when they're available, but some stuff, you have no choice but after market garbage. Sucks you done all that work, hope they reimburse some of your labor cost. Thanks as always, G-d bless you, the family, and furry friends.
Fucking classic bro, these are indestructible but we got guys that can fuck them up,absolute gold Warren, you need a one liner video, bet it would make heaps.
Thanks for the ride along sir. Always something to slow the days progress down, stay the course Warren, you’ll win eventually, thanks for the ride along.
Modern problems. If the control of the cabin temperature was a manual ball valve, this little pain in the ass problem would not exist. Good video Warren, your hard work and sacrifice is commendable, thanks.
Thank you for the video Warren, certainly well worth waiting for watching, loved comments about Duke having a day off, and the bull in a China shop/ chainsaw hack mechanic who wreak the 6170M engine (he probably was watching and reading this comment right now) you certainly do the same things with Josie as I do with the nut job farm's dog.👍
Warren you are killing me with the unfinished John Deere story. I have a 6405 with similar issues and I suspect a dime valve issue. And thats where the story cut off..........
Thanks for the share Warren. another day to start the day with one of your videos. I know you like to fix things the correct way, if that had been me after all that.... i'd have gotten a inline heater hose valve and slapped her shut. catch on the next one my friend.
Good video!! I like the old tractors. Just finished 1970 Ford 3000 new transmission & rebuilt engine & new paint job & then on the for sale! You can take care of the newer. I work on the old like me I’m 77 great job on video!!!!!
So much fun taking apart so much stuff (and hoping you do not break something) just to get to the part that needs to be fixed and then realise after you put it all back together that you got a lemon MAN that would so piss me off to the infinite power! No wonder you take your dogs with you as you need something to keep from going full blown crazy.
Any possibility that the circuit driving the valve is impaired? Just seems such a coincidence that two valves would exhibit the same issue. Great video..
It’s amazing how a quick fix on the air con turns out to be a major pain in the ass, Great Video thanks for all the time and effort I know you put into making them.
By now the manufacturers should be getting it all right like this New Holland PTO design. We should have the perfect Tractor by every manufacturer coming off the line by now. They should FORCE every future engineer to work in the field at least 2 years before being allowed to design anything!
So much junk underneath the console, a few minutes with a smoke wreck would take care of most of the problems. But then again, the dang thing wouldn't run. Keep up the great work.
Long time no watch, how are you old bastard? Those genesis machines are pretty tough (Ford Genesis, NH 70 series, Fiat G series, Challenger 35/45/55, there is a versatile in there as well), last decent tractor that New Holland put their name on. The only two things that let them down are the instrument cluster and chassis controller.....lost count on the amount of those controllers I have fixed now
Wqrren i always enjoy your videos i mechanic on a coal strjpmine i am in no way in your class of a mechanjc the mine had a rebuild shop ro rebuild engines, trans. etc, i installed the rebuilt units in the equipment otther words a nut and bolt mechanic... keep the vidrcs coming,,, Ky Sam ,,,
I sorta noticed that you had the temp control on cold?? Maybe?.. There is a knob with the setting Blue fades to Red.. It was on Blue. I dunno. Just trying to help.
Damn, Warren, looks like you’re still limping from the meniscus tear. After two meniscus surgeries I feel your pain. Hopefully you can get this corrected in the off season?
"That is one unique looking situation there" I still think there's a competition that goes on between brands to see how much crap they can jam into the front access area.
They're just might be a drone flying above video recording this sort of thing I've already caught in my neighborhood the dog's going nuts I look up and there's a grown up there and their dogs are looking at it
Hello Warren. That New Holland most be a good tractor if you are giving it good press. We don't seem to have a lot of luck with New Holland tractors. But that's how it is. It's got some good tires on that NH. I have got some new back tire's for my Massey. 16.9x36. £1.000 pounds sterling.
I think , we as adults have said at one point in our life of driving vehicles of all sorts , most "vehicles" work better when there is only " ONE " operator . Everyone has there own way of driving , fast , hard , slow continuous on , off but when they are all done by one operator , it shows the ugly side....repairs of hard operating . Then call mechanic.
Hi Warren, that's a bummer getting faulty parts, are they made in China ?. I liked how that pto assembly came out, makes life alot easier, it looks like days are getting shorter but the jobs list gets longer. Thanks for another interesting video mate, stay safe, best wishe's to you and your's and the doggies Stuart UK.
Warren, Did you verify that the rotary switch that controls the heater module is working? If not it maybe stuck on full heat and not allowing the module to close off the coolant.
Is the Heater Actuator getting proper signal to open and close? Another Great Day, being able to watch a Warren Video. Just when you think your busy, you see what he does daily and feel lazy. Thanks for the videos and motivating me to do more.
Just like on some eyes we’re always had to put a water valve on that line that feeds the heater core just shut down the water tank never find a good part for that application on any tractor
At what point do you start ordering two of what you need and returning one if the first works to save time with how frequently defective parts are arriving?
Bad parts out of the box: shockingly there are douchebags out there who will get a new part, replace thier bad part, clean the bad part so it looks new,and return the part to the dealer for a refund saying they didn't need it. Rather disgusting.
HEY WARREN , came across a tractor parts supplier you may not know of or might be interested in . Saw it on another You Tube video. Its called Friday Parts. Inventory for pretty much every make you work on. Regards Steve
Boy, that's frustrating when you go through all that work to replace the part only to find, fresh from a box brand new, and damn, it's no good. And the only way to tell if it's good is to install it. And the parts supplier will not pay for you to remove the bad new part to put in another new part to replace it. But they'll exchange parts no problem...
Anaerobic sealer. Something like loctite - highflex or loctite - 515 Only cures and hardens once air is absent otherwise stays liquid forever. Works very good
I love your vids and have for several years but if I had one request it would be less language crudity. I'm not fussing but just giving you my opinion. If nothing changes I will continue to watch for I'm not judging you for we all have our things that others might wish we would change. I know I do. Thanks
What rechargeable LED lights are you using these days? Coz I can't find a single light that's worth a good goddamn, not even the $70 PF's are worth a fuck.

Just woke up here in NY thank you for the time and effort put into your videos Warren!
Truest two to too
What a pain, I feel for you. The little pup ain't so little anymore, still not too big for a hug though I see. Thanks for sharing this one Warren
Looks like a good candidate for a ball valve in one of the heater hoses.
I replaced one of those heater valves last week. The Velcro had me stumped for a while too! I’m surprised at how little difference there is in the equipment sold in America to what we get in Northern Ireland. Love the videos, keep up the hard work!
We all loved the Andrew Camarata reference. Thanks for sharing in the trenches video Warren.
I wondered if that was who he was referring to. I unsubbed from his channel a couple years ago because of the stupid shit he does.
What you guys don't install radios in your truck with a chainsaw?
Morning ,your right .nothings worse than buying new parts that are nfg.
Great video Warren
Thanks for sharing, enjoy the commentary ,safe travels
Looking forward to the next one

Keep up the good work
I have had this problem before on a Cat it ended up heater lines to cab was hook up backwards
That sure looks like a simple well designed setup to me, that engineer earned his paycheque

The last few videos I see a Green man turning blue.happy times.always look forward to watching.
As a seasoned viewer, I enjoy your commentary. Keep them coming.

@@maxpuppy96 yes probably.
Those heater valves need to be calibrated after replacing them. Could try that before replacing it again.
I was actually thinking about that, I have to do that on the 7r John Deeres I work on.

Parts availability is getting really bad now Warren. It's causing havoc in the UK.
Hey warren have you got your youtube play button yet? I think you might have to fill out a form to get it. You should do it you've earned it.
