That caller was right, hospital service has plummeted every year since 2010.
The last time I had a hospital appointment, a few months ago, they had ONE porter and they said they had NO wheelchairs. Luckily, the receptionist used to work at my GP's and called the porter and told him he had to come as I have such poor mobility I was using a breathing apparatus.
And no, I did not qualify for hospital transport any more so I had to get a taxi there and back.

"... because we've stuck to the plan..." The plan, the plan, the plan... Just because you say you have a plan doesn't mean you actually have a plan. This lot are completely incompetent. I want proper accountability as to where our hard earned money is being spent. Tax payers money is being wasted and squandered as those in charge are just not up to it.
Also, rather than focusing on trying to shove people back into the office that have been signed off sick, we need to actually focus on WHY so many people are off. There's absolutely no conversation around this, because they simply don't care.
