Whenever I struggle with faith I’ll always go back to this song. The feeling of Jesus being with me comes roaring back. I’ll forever cherish this.

You cannot believe a voice can be so pure until you hear Chloe. I love all the CW ladies, they are all exceptional, and I have favorite songs from each. But Chloe was the first CW gal I ever heard - Walking in the Air, I think it was - and she will always hold a special place in my heart. She is one of the few people that truly deserves the much-overused phrase "voice of an angel".
This song was traditionally sung by young choir boys but these women managed to match the purity of their voices and take it to a whole new level. I think this is a good example of the saying some of the best singers are those who exercise restraint because less is often more.
I don't know the terminology, but Sarah 'vibratos' too much. I prefer a long note, and vibrate the end, in most pieces. I didn't like the Brightman song as a kid (in the 80s, I couldn't believe this was number 1 for so long!), but listening now, this version sing much better to me. Both singers in fact. I think the dark haired one, just sounds like a smoker version of lead singer. Works so well.
Technically it was composed by webber for sarah brightman, a boy soprano, and a full choir. In this version, well chloe sounds atrocious as usual but the other singer sounds pretty good.

Many years ago i was in Pantanal, Brazil and a couple of ladies were about to leave the camp that i had just arrived at. My guide (Ronny) was pleading with the ladies to sing one last song before they left. In starlit sky, the middle of nowhere, they sang Piet Jesu. It was quite simply breathtaking. He later told me they were part of the Celtic women but at the time i had no idea who they were.
One of my younger brothers recently passed. He told me he greatly enjoyed Celtic Woman; especially the religious songs. They gave him great comfort and peace. Thank You!

She is just as gorgeous now too but I don't think her weight loss made her any more beautiful than she used to be.
