    Love these videos, I run 1500m 3000m I have been to junior Olympics twice and these videos really help me. A good workout is to run 400m then jog 200m then do it like 8 times, that kills anyone. Also you have to do the 400m at like 1:15

      I brought my mile down 30 seconds between my freshman and sophomore track seasons, and the biggest difference for me I would say is a long run every Sunday and also weight room training/lifting. A long run improves your endurance and really helps you even in a shorter race like the mile, and weight training just gives you that boost of strength which is so necessary in shorter races that require explosive surges and speed at the end.

      BasicallySalty oh really? What’s your mile time then if you train so much?

    • @xXDemise
      @xXDemise 5 років тому +2

      Joseph Smith never said I did. All I said is that this is the kind of running my P.E. Teacher has us do. No need to get defensive. Also, my mile time is 6:23 it’d probably be better if I didn’t have asthma and die on the 3rd lap.
