I know heafy learnt a new way to do it so live it doesn't destroy his vocals again but does the original screams on albums because in the vocal booth the new technique wouldn't emulate what it would sound normally so had to resort to the original scream uring the sin and the sentence album recording

Alex! You need to check out Holding Absence! I recommend starting with Gravity or Birdcage. For newer stuff, I'd go for Celebration song, curse me with your kiss, or In Circles. For older stuff, Penance for sure, plus Monochrome, and Like a Shadow. They are incredibly good, Welsh as well like BFMV, and definitely right up your alley.
I'm pretty sure this is the hardest BFMV has done so far. Reminds me of a combination of early BMTH and when Wayne Static would go really hard with Static-X.
It sounds like Matt is interested in going toward the AxeWound style project of his! It’s way more heavy then bullets ever been and Matt’s vocals on it are amazing. But he’s just a backup vocalist in most of it! But nonetheless it shreds. & if you don’t know ab it Jason was the drummer‼️🤘🏽

About time you listen to something new or newer from them. The classic mainstream songs get a little tiering after 4-5. They got a very nice catalog of last two album stuff that I sometimes prefer more than their old.
