For the newbies, Heather has a great playlist called "Paper Planning 101" that's helpful and has tons of videos on different topics for planning & using your new planner. Even if you're not a newbie, it's still helpful and a great playlist. I always learn something new and I've been planning for years.
Welcome newbies!! Heather is a great coach/teacher. I watched all of get videos when I first started a few years ago and actually took notes that I still have 😁. I even wrote down the items she shared that I needed to get started and bought them. I use to attempt to recreate her spreads so I could learn LOL. Again, welcome to all the newbies!
I am not new to planning anymore, but I still love watching your videos for the newbies...sometimes I learn new things as well. I have figured out that I definitely like to decorate before I write anything down :-) I just love decorative planning...so fun and relaxing!! ♥ Looking forward to checking out your new website :-)
Heather, I keep coming back to your videos because they are timely and informative. You really have your content game dialed in! Another great video! Keep up the great work!
This decorating thing is a science 😥 lol. Maybe I'll start off slow by using a couple stickers a week and build from there. But thank you for explaining your thought process behind it Heather! 😊
This video is so good for new or novice planners, Heather. I never have considered writing my plans first and then decorating and I like how you got me to think about it. I know why I personally choose to decorate then plan but your explanation really got me to think about the order in which I do my planning. Thanks for sharing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
This video helps so much! I’m starting with a memory planner and you’re right it’s so overwhelming :-) But I watch your videos on a daily basis and I gradually feel I can handle it. Thank you!!!!!! As for your writing, oh my gosh, it looks like printed. You´re the best.
I LOVE planning tips for the beginning of the year, expecially your videos are really inspiring me to plan more and be consistent. One tip I find useful is using post-it notes to pre-plan instead of paper, so that whenever something comes up I grab a sticky note and jot it down. Something I struggle with is balancing, also because I use an hourly planner and you can t really place sticker in another place just because there is one of the same shape/color in the same row 😶 Btw, following for the link to your Monami pens! I have Monami brushpens and I love them, they work both as a brushpen and a fine tip
Another great video Heather. Thank you for taking the time to show newbies (and oldies) so many ideas of how to use a planner for function and creativity to plan for less stress. Motivation and Inspiration abound. #kellofafan
Yes there are specific sticker books that are part of the collection for Stephanie Fleming’s planner. Your local Michaels has it on sale (50%) right now; can’t remember the title/name for them as I only got the planner & journal. The entire SF collection was at 50% last week, & is now at 70% I believe. Comes with 1. Planner 2. Journal 3. White Punch 4. Classic Stickers 5. Mini Stickers (I believe) 6. Skinny Classic Note Sheets
I checked your Amazon shop a d did not see the pins that you are talking about. Can you please leave me a link for the pens. Thank you for always sharing with us.
Hi Heather can you please give me the name of those pens that you were talking about in your video that's like the Erin Condren pens but cheaper. Once again I enjoy the video you have great videos Heather. I'm not new but I love you videos
Great video and I appreciate all your effort but it would be much easier to watch if you weren’t clicking your tongue and smacking your lips every few seconds😳🤮
I personally think planner stuff is all getting out of hand. It all just seems a money grab. Prices are too high for what the stuff is. And all this paying money to watch people plan? Wtf is that about.... makes me so mad. We're all here for one reason, and now there are too many people and companies ripping people off.
@kellofaplan I want to know seriously have you ever not decorated a week? I mean no stickers at all whatsoever? If you have I think you need to show us LOL, I just flip through my 2020 planner and I think maybe in every single month I might’ve only decorated a little bit on one or two weeks. I’m just wondering how practical a lot of the decorating is as opposed to actually planning and getting all of your things done. Don’t get me wrong it is very calming and I love your videos I think I watched your original playlist for people planning planning for newbies probably five or six times over the course of the last year so it is very helpful!

Chill honey! No one is making you buy anything, if a planner or stickers makes you mad you might need to reevaluate things in your life

Haha I have, but it was in my teacher planner back when I was teaching., There were multiple weeks where I just needed to get things on paper
