I have long term rentals, but I’m interested in investing in short term rentals also and your videos are making me feel more confortable. Your property also looks amazing. What clients do you serve and what’s the longest booking you’ve had so far?
Hey! Glad you enjoy the videos. Mostly I attract couples looking for 2-3 night stays. But I'm booked 90% of my open days. The longest stay that I've booked is 10 days which was great and made one of my months super profitable 🙂

@@ajhustles I’ve gotten used to it. It’s mostly the international guests that tend to do that I noticed.
What other things are YOU dealing with as an Airbnb host?
I’m currently hosting cigarette smokers who broke my no smoking in the unit rule. I could freaking smell it as I’m home most of the time. I had to say something.😡 They may have stopped since I don’t smell it anymore. Really looking forward to them checking out to say the least!
