The reason why karuizawa never fights back is because she almost died from bullying which is really sad. People who get bullied most of the time don't fight back because of trauma. That's why I think you should try to stop bullying because if you don't you are just as bad as the bullies.

Basically Class D lost this test because of the lack of communication in the class. Koenji and Ayanokoji won 100 Class Points but the other groups of Class D lost 50, that is why they won 50 at the end of the test. Ayanokoji knew he could not win this test because he cant control the entire class, and thats the reason why he focused on taking control of Karuizawa, so he can rule over the girls.
In addition, here also Kushida betrayed class D by telling Ryuuen that she was the VIP and caused -50cpt for class d. And actually Ayanokoji had known that there would be a traitor in Class D but he chose not to do much.

The reason Kiyotaka did this and stage the whole thing was to test Kei's mental fortitude as she did already show it, as Kei is willingly to gave her body in exchange of her secret which is was her scar. Now about the darkness that he refer to is basically his own past what he said to Kei is that both him and her are the same they have a traumatic past albeit that Kiyotaka's past is more worst as what he said for her. There are missing dialogues here and there but you get the point. About the phone yes what they did was a double layer trap basically he switch phone from Kei then to Yukimura and then Kiyotaka will reveal as the VIP which he is not. But as what he said yes there is a problem which they will be revealed if someone called them so basically Kiyotaka immediately called his sensei for him to get the unlock method which was to use PP or private points as he already said you can buy anything as long as there is something that you can buy or ask for it. About Ichinose, the reason she there was due to her sensei because of Chabashira (yes this is the name of Kiyotaka's teacher who blackmail him) due to getting suspicious between the two. Why Ichinose didn't betray Class D simple is because they have an alliance as Kiyotaka said in S1 where they need Class B in the long run. That's basically what happen.
