You can get aloe vera for less than 90 rupees and pure coconut oil for very very cheap.
Shampoo and conditioner can be of your choice. Instead of serum, you can use a little bit of flax seed gel. No need for heat protectant, just air dry your hair.
U can use plant alovera gel
Use parachute coconut oil just for 60 rs and u get 175 ml
This loreal dream length shampoo is just for 160 rs
Mix regular conditioner with aloevera gel and coconut oil. Apply on hair and shampoo and conditioner like usual. Works like magic. And it's very cheap

make sure you use aloe vera on a wet scalp. it's a humectant (draws in water to hydrate) like honey, glycerin and hyaluronic acid, for it to do its job it needs water or it will have the opposite effect.
1_Applying coconut oil 2 hours before shampooing or mayonnaise pack for excessive dry hairs
2_do regular workout and yoga for healthy skin and hairs
3_drink atleast 1letre of water for improving metabolism
4_ add soy,tofu,pulses, green veggies and fresh seasonal fruits in diet
5_take proper sleep
6_ be stress free by spending less time on social media as more strees means increament in hairfall
7_ use UA-cam for self improvement vedios or for educational content ,study hard
8_ don't forget you have a life to get enjoyed or the beautiful family to feed not the society to impress

Frizz free hair routine for me: Johnson baby shampoo, loreal dream length conditioner and aloe vera gel. I avoid hair serums because of the chemicals but aloe vera is very nourishing.

Livon is essentially just silicones and silicones are terrible for your hair. They cause product build up , strip your hair of moisture and in turn cause more frizz in the long Term. Also, a heat protectant is a no brainer and is extremely necessary.

That is absolutely false! Silicones can be very good and protect your hair efficiently and they are a BOON for frizzy hair. Just make sure that you use it in a balanced manner in your haircare routine. More important than anything, please check what works for your hair. Silicones can be bad for some hair and good for some. You need to see what your hair works with. Stop trying to demonize products based on half info or misinformation from random internet websites.
No hun it’s ‘to each their own’. Stop canceling those ingredients just bc it didn’t work for you. Everyone’s hair different and it requires different needs.

I would use kerastase range which cost me 10k-14k with the shampoo, conditioner, mask and serum . I tried this I guess it helped me with the frizz which the expensive shampoos that I used never helped me.

My own hair density was very lower as if i compare it to previous year due to hair smoothing. To get back my hair I started applying coccoonion anti hair fall kit by littleeextra and it worked in increasing hair thickness and growth. I would suggest if you apply it then always cleanse your hair by mixing shampoo with a little water before using as it works better that way. Also when you apply hair oil then heat it a bit and then apply. Apply it at least once or twice a week. Use wooden neem comb while brushing your hair and use scalp massager while shampooing to get remove dirt, sebum etc and it gives even super charged result.
