I've been trying not to watch this.... i have the Seven Tails (because of you!) And really love a Remy. Brandy was always Dads favorite and i had often sipped one with him at the end of a ale night. Then we found Rum and both loved it. Now i need to know the other variants. Even if i just have one of each. I find it interesting.
FINALLY! Brandy is the only spirit I enjoy neat. Where I live the selection of very small and I don't know anybody else who really enjoys it. It is my favorite and there aren't any channels that focus on it. Thank you so much for starting this channel.

Surprised to hear you're not all about rum after all but good on you for following your passion. Some brands I would recommend from a bartender's POV: Chateau Du Breuil calvados, Busnel calvados, Waqar pisco (especially Heron, which has been aged for 6y) and Tariquet armagnac.
Cheers for that. I know Breuil pretty well. Not heard of the rest. Will check them out.
I love a fine Cognac! Single malt scotch is my love but a wonderful Cognac is so nice!

Remy Martin isn’t worth the money. Support smaller Cognac houses such as Tiffon. I had no idea you did the WSET in spirits. I did it in wine and thought about doing the spirit one.
Deffo support the smaller guys. Frapin is another I'm looking forward to checking out. However, I think it's fair to say that Remy Martin does produce some epic quality stuff! I quite like the 1738.
