Liars Handshake has and always will be the one way Hunters can consistently win a melee fight with a Titan.
edit: Oh, and trust me, I know, because I used this build even during the solar 3.0 meta on occasion.
A few games ago me and this hunter kept 1 shot melee trading it was so funny. His setup triggered my feedback fence and mine triggered his 1 shot melee so we’d hit and both would die

Tempest strike is good for pve if u tune this build to also get ionic traces for pve u can learly always have ur class ability

a build I suggest is disorient blow, lethal current and assassin cowl. can get amped and invis after melee kill. off radar super sprint

Top Tree Arcstrider has always been this unholy combination (blow) of the Hunter and Titan and I've always been all for it. The only thing I'm sad about in Arc 3.0 is that they don't have any synergy with Glaives whatsoever, which is damn disappointing considering it suits them so well and Combat Flow activated on Glaive kills before the changes.
Might be too powerful, but I agree.
@@hanknorris5642 Honestly, I'd be happy if the synergy extended purely to the ability to regain dodge again. It was such a fun playstyle.
100% agree that Hunters & Titans NEED better synergy with Glaives! I spend most of my time on Warlock, I do play all 3 but when I'm on Warlock & running Necrotic Grips for example? Poison literally anything around you, weaken, finish them off! That's literally one example! Karnsteins!? You can get your Health Regen from killing anything with a Glaive!!

It's just hunters that have nothing for glaives.

Sound good on paper but after trying this with the stasis and team shot heavy meta it was just completely useless I can’t move or I’ll get frozen and jumped by a 6 man FT

I took this build into crucible and should habe won multiple times but so many things weren't procking, should of had all this electricity health regen etc. So many things weren't working properly, even the simple dodge to fully regen melee smh 😓

This the most fun I have had playing pvp in years. I paired it with brigands law (swash, pugilust and right hook). So fun

otp/liars handshake has been my go to gambit loadout since liars was released. being able to fine tune with arc 3.0 has made it even more fun

I thought spark of resistance only worked in PVE since it says combatants which usually means pve enemies only
It gives 10% in PvP. Normally combatants means PvP but it’s not always consistent.

This might sound odd, but my favorite build is stompies blink shotgun with out of bounds. Feels like you blink further and with the nerfs to airborne effectiveness for stompies, blink is perfect
You don’t blink further, I tested it. Plus at the end of a blink you’re off still in the air so AE is still worthwhile.
@@sarnia7559 The extra speed would give extra air momentum, so it might give that placebo effect since you are still moving faster than without stompees
Now this is a build I can get behind, Liars are my personal favorite Hunter exotic bar none so this is triggering all my neurons and generating dopamine

Doesn’t cross counter proc even without taking a melee hit first? It says “Using arc melee ability OR being hit by a melee”
Meanwhile the new Titan exotic gloves and charged arc melee require you to stand still and charge up for 3 secs to get a similar one-shot punch 🤣

- kinetic/harmonic Siphon
- reactive pulse
- taking charge
- melee damage resistance
- absolution
- invigoration
- utility kickstart x2
- high energy fire
Surprise attack is another great mod if you wanted to sub out reactive pulse. Combine SA with a sidearm that has swashbuckler and you’ve got a mean build. Why not run two sidearms with both perks…

I love it, I got super comfy with a similar build ( minus blink ) a while back when I got addicted to one two punch lol now everything synergizes like a mf AND I don't even need the shoty... sexy... all I can really say

Spark of feedback cancels out the the cross counter buff so just make sure to not equip it. And gathering storm lessens the amount of health you get back as well. Super buggy.

@@DFP I watched. But the title says one hit melee. But almost every encounter the person was primed before the melee killed them. Thats not a one hit.

Try Wormgods Caress arms with knockout with an out of bounds with Grace robber and swashbuckler and ragnihld d with elemental capacitor. 100resilience 100recovery 100strength is fun 😂

Titans have one hit kill melee from the start. You dont have to do or kill anyone to proc that.. Wtf are you saying. The hunter must kill a guardian with a melee first before it can one hit kill another guardian (within a small window)

@@zhaitae2470 no they cant. The only hunter that capable of doing this , is solar WEIGHTED knife you need to aim with.

What is broken? Its only a one hit kill after you got a melee kill. And everything needs to be in perfect place to get this rolling. You almost dont see hunters using this in pvp because its to situational
Every day that goes by I still wonder why bungie doesn't take the warlock out of the game, titan and hunters have hit kill skills, just when bungie said it would take hit kill skills out of the crucible

Give me this lobby, I'll play with the build. NO ONE pushes doors in my games. They all camp corners, team shoot with pulses/scouts, or sit at the back with snipers 😠
I tried this and everyone literally just looked upwards and shot me while in the air, or i'd blink and couldnt do a melee lunge because they literally just moved out of my range, or id blink, melee them, and then theyd shotgun me or something because i didnt one shot.
Not very fun to use. You are playing aganaist bots in your gameplay or something idk
