I have both guns with same build aa, exp, dura, and polis... With my finding plasma does more damage and with a faster speed I'll just say I like gauss more for the reload and little to no recoil
@@milkyy_cal I would use V.A.T.S. much more often if I didn’t dislike the idea of losing a percentage of my fusion core every time I use it. While I understand that the goal is to balance the game for non-power armor users, it doesn’t seem truly equal when they still have the option to use the Unyielding set, which power armor users do not.
@@Rex-lb7yu I feel like when it comes down to fusion cores it’s fair, since there are perks to help benefit it and late in the game your able to craft and or get them fairly quickly as well and since Vulcan armor applies a fusion core buff mixed with power user it helps a ton! Unyielding in its own way is good but I feel way more better with my power armor with overeater
Im sorry but I see people struggle so hard with recoil and poor marksmanship being high level players. If I had myself level 1k+ i would be able to produce a video showing players how to get more accurate even with the worst recoil. V.A.T.S is still near worthless as I consistently deal higher damage without it. Know the weakness and maintain
@milkyy_cal I understand than and mean no offense by my comment. I just see it and I would love to help all players tighten up that in game. The biggest mistakes I see is full auto use in unnecessary situations. Full auto is a last resort tactic when being swarmed by multiple enemies. Tap fire, or controlled shots are always going to improve accuracy with the exception of the 2 shot mods the second shot will either go over head or your first will have to be in the knee depending on distance. Some cases full auto will do a service, like with massive targets like Scortch beasts.

I found all the mods after farming 10 hrs a day constantly server hopping for 3 days straight. Definitely a grind for sure
Hex barrel dies exist it can be purchased at the core

I agree but it’s not so bad using vats wiyh conductors, both weapons were good and I was actually surprised how well guass did a huge shocker to me

Pop a bunch of stimpacks, if not I recommend using conductors it also heals you
