Hey guys, I only found your channel last night and have now watched all of your videos so far. I like your channel and the style of your presentation. All the best - can’t wait until the shed is complete, it’s going to be great.

Cheers Daniel. Lovely clear wort! Yeh that cold break is pretty normal in my experience.

Great video guy's. Very entertaining to watch. I too love a hoppy beer. I have been looking at getting a tilt system but I feel it is still very expensive. Looks like a great looking beer, can't wait to see the result.

Thanks Pierre - yeah we love the hops. This beer has more malt than others Pale’s we have done. It is a nice change

Most brewers can get 12 generations with there yeast. Ive got a kveik from John Anderson(abbey homebrew) that is nearly two years which i renew the whole bottle every 6months and in between i take a spoon full to make a batch off yeast starter.

Thanks mate - appreciate the feedback. I have been wondering how many generations you could achieve. A fellow homebrewer suggested 4 so that’s what I have initially planned by I still have my yeast bank some up to generation 5 so I might just keep going for a while and see how it’s goes. Thanks for the comment and happy brewing

Hey - how many litres do you normally start the boil with? Im hoping to get a corny & mini keg out of my next batch. - EDIT scratch that you say in video :)

Yeah I can get a corny and a mini out of a batch - it’s pretty full pre-boil volume so watch for boil over. Thanks for watching
