It's looking good in there. You got to make the hard calls sometimes to keep advancing your business. Plus now you don't have to worry about all the inks and other crap that comes with screen printing. You still got a butt ton of room in that place. Looking forward to seeing how it all comes together once.

I'm sad that you got rid of all your screenprinting equipment and get that the city has been on you (big time), but I have to say too, that it really concerns me that you've got your DTF in the deepest part of your garage shop because that will really concentrate the toxins. Hopefully, you can, in addition to the air collectors you've got there, also put a big, BIG exhaust fan system in that side wall, exiting to the outside and yeah, still wear your respirator. Stay healthy. 🙂
Yep. I’m sad about it. For the DTF exhaust. I do have the exhaust system from the screen printing conveyor dryer right above the DTF. So that helps a little
So whats your plan with your OMNI Printer? Do you have it plugged in and still doing self cleanings. If that head gets damages its going to cost you lot more I hope they told you this info since you stated you have not printed in over 2 weeks. Do you plan to invest into a different DTF printer? You should hold them accountable for your shop downtime if the problem is totally on them and faulty equipment. I hope you figure it all out! Keep your head up bro! Also transferring software from computer to computer can be a bit tricky. You have to make sure you move the Licence Keys with it and most likely need to uninstall one from a device before you can reinstall it on another. - PS Designs

@@RhyBeats im very close to pulling the trigger on 2 DTF printers. I am still in the R&D Phase of my planning but I have a idea of what I want and what my goals are going to be for the business. I am following a few different successful DTF printer shops and have purchased from them but there quality is not the quality I would like my shop to be at. I know there are better DTF Printers out there then these brands they try to sell in the US. So I will most likely be importing mine from China, Japan or Malaysia. Go big or go home right? :) Can wait to see what moves you make next as well.

Sad to see the screen print Equipment go. We upgraded to 22 inch with a hepa filter system. Now I’m trying to sell my 13 inch printer. 😢

I think you picked a good choice. Screen printing great but there a dark side.
Until I get rid of my press, you always can use it for up to 6 colors.

Just the typical DTF printer issues with the white ink. I actually do recommend this printer, but I can’t recommend the company behind it.
