76. Shobogenzo Dai Shugyo read aloud (audio only)

Shōbōgenzō Dai shugyō 大修行 'Great Practice' by Eihei Dōgen (1200-1253). The translation is by my Zen ‘grandfather’ Gudō Wafu Nishijima (1919-2014) and his student, Mike Chodo Cross.
