I have the summit ll with 48v batteries, unfortunately I can not charge after not being used in 6 months. Should I manually jump the 48v batteries to have the SUMMIT II start charging again? My kart is only a year 1/2 old.

When that happens on our carts I use a 24v charger to change half of the set. Make sure to top off the battery with distilled water and let them set for 24hrs before charging. You may also need to discharge and recharge the battery's a couple of times to get the run time back to normal.
