I was born in 1969, and I'm SO happy I was. 10 or 15 years earlier, I'd either be dead or sitting in a home with a sign on my lap that says 'Water twice a week'.
They know what they missed out on, but the beauty is the music will never go away and there are plenty out there whose parents (speaking from experience) who have introduced them to this classic music.
Absolutely brilliant era of wonderful, fantastic, memorable music, songs & Artists!*!! 🥰🎼🎶🎤🎹🥁❤️💞💖 Such a wonderful time for music & making wonderful, life long memories ..!*!! 🥰❤️💞💖🌻🌈💕 Still listening & enjoying all the fantastic music & artists of the times & since ..!🥰❤️💖
I was 15 in 1970, and I felt like the world was mine. Whole future in front of me. I’m 69 now and it’s all gone past so quickly. I don’t feel as though I’ve had enough of anything yet. Thanks for the music and bringing back some wonderful memories. ❤
Carlos Santana, maestro!! tu música se mezcla con la esencia del infinito y perdura por siempre!! enorme saludo para los que sienten y viven la buena música! Con afecto y deseos de PAZ para todo el mundo!!
Janis Joplin was "fined $200 for using vulgar language?!" They could bring in billions with the profane language used in today's Rap "music!" The era of songs that touched our hearts and souls is long gone, which is a pity for younger generations.
Yeah and a gay man sat on top of the charts all the way through the most trying times for the gay people. It was a time when young people were really trying to change civilization for the better. I doubt it will ever be the last time. Humans always get tired of the shit-show and change.
Theyll say the same thing about theres, to me it's all depressing, can't Dance to it. And need therapy if you relate to the words or on un aliving watch
Really - just listening to a local music station today they curse + is disgusting that children here it on the radio today. Janis was beautiful + far from being vulgar

Angelic, smooth, full voice, Karen Carpenter. What a wonderful creation, and such a painful loss. Poor Karen truly crumbled at the loss of playing her beloved drums and being pushed to the front. I was just a kid, and I actually cried when I heard of her death. We started learning about Anorexia because of her death, in health class. My mother and her younger sister used to sing The Carpenter's songs, and their voices were so close to Karen's, and I would be shocked at how they could copy her. Of course, they didn't have her vocal stamina and beauty, but to a child, it was a wonder. Elton John, a vocal and pianist gift. Elton can sing a cereal box, and it would be Top 40 gold 😀 Elton and Bernie have given us so many hits! Ahhhh, the 70's 😊❤
I didn't make it to many concerts 😞 n the day so it's great to actually see my favorites perform d like ve on stage to n these videos I haven't seen a lot of them. The sounds really take me back tho . Beautiful times. The background music to my life.. wish I could go back there. But no one gets a pass on the getting old deal. No one. Thanks for the he memories.the text gets a lot wrong the lyrics are burned in my mind tho.technology, ya know gotta love it.thankfully a lot right too.
Love bridge over troubled water a classic karaoke song I did quite often. It When it came on the duke box in the pub they would cut out the sound on the high notes. Never caught me out ha ha
Same here. While my older brothers were listening to Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Clapton, I was 6 years old and into Partridge Family, Brady Bunch and Jackson 5. Oh, to be that innocent again.
De toda la infancia y pubertad , no hubo nada mejor que estos tiempos , de los sesenta y tantos hasta los setenta y pico , nada ha podido superarlo !!!!!
LOVE this Playlist! Call me weird, but every time I hear the song 'Layla' (Eric Clapton) It always reminds me of that long montage in the movie 'Goodfellas' where they were finding the bodies all over the city!
Right now ! I couldn't think of anything better than to be 12 all over again, We had some great music, and television. Well at least that was when were not playing out, which was most of the day.🤩😍
Tengo 71 años y desde los 12 años cuando iniciè la Secundaria, luego la Preparatoria, el Seminario (Filosofìa) y la U.N.A.M.(Lic. en Psicologìa) esta mùsica me fascina.

I turn 65 next month, and these songs bring back some great memories. These songs are timeless and enjoyable to dance to.

Carlos could make a grown man cry with his music!
Underrated artist, yet humble. He makes his guitar more than weep, it's agonizing. He certainty makes me wanna be a guitar.

Santana's Black Magic Woman is written by the great Peter Green , co/founder of British Blues Band Fleetwood Mac !

SOMETIME !!! LIFE WITH SUPER MUSIC !!! AND NOW/2024/ ???😍
Not only right now, in the last twenty years the music became awful...
Music has been severely damaged by autotune and greedy producers.
Que buena musica
Saturday night live actually premiered in 1975

Great tunes all around. Showin Clapton in 85 (live Aids) I believe with Phil Collins on the drums..
Eric Clapton's Layla video is from the 1986 presentation at Live Aid with Phil Collins.
OMG, I Knew It!! That split second you see him on the drums......I was wondering if that was really Phil or not.......Thanks so much!!
1970...as happened in the USA...with a tiny bit of the rest of the world chucked in.
Good music is good at any time.

You are on the right track if only people realise the road to real freedom.
Todo do esta muy bien las rolas pero que no pongan anuncios de otros grupos tapan el video
