Actually you need a microscope in order to see the structure of stomata and stomatal pores and the bubbles are more visible in thề photosynthetic experiment which is use to perform in class 10 and 11th botany lecture
Bruh if it contains air then it should be somewhere in the leaf so if the air bubbles are coming out it proves that the small stomatal pores through which gaseous exchange occurs are there and through those pores(holes) air is coming out, forming the air bubbles in water.
As temprature increases transpiration (*a process in which loss of water takes place from the aerial parts of plant in the form of water vapour*) increase. As water was hot and high temperature so transpiration occurred. It concluded that stomata helps in transportation. So bubble formed ☺️
Guys,,some tips here It's better if u add salt and any washing powder into a vessel and leaves preferably peepal or bodhi tree leaves and boil for 15 minutes Then brush it off Thank me later!!

In detail, the guard cells help in opening the opening of stomata which is done in hot temperature so when dipped in hot water it opens thus air is escaping
In details, when leaf is dipped in hot water,the guard cells protecting the stomatal pores gets filled with water.Hence they swell and bulge outwards which forces the stomata to open,which continues the process of respiration.Also, warm water contains very scant dissolved gases,so,the air bubbles can be seen very easily as they are the only source of gas(O2 and CO2).
Actually the stomata is embeded in the leaf which is surrounded by subsidary cell or guard cell the pores prsn on the outer surface of leaf we called it as hydathodes
