I did not cut the tube into 2 parts. You can cut it if you like. I got LED string lights in local electrical shop.

9V battery is enough. In my model i have used approx. 1.5 meters of tube. It depends on the size of your model.

It is a single long LED strip light. Battery and switch are hidden behind the right eye support leg.

I have inserted "String Fairy LED lights" into aquarium air pipe. You can get led lights from Amazon or local shops and you can get pipe from aquarium shops. In case if you're not able to insert the lights into the pipe, Just stick the lights on the pipe using cello tape. Please let me know if you need any other clarification. All the best.
