Pure silver 85%+ Brass15% (60% copper + 40% zinc)
Pure Silver 80% + Brass 20% (Copper + Zinc)
Pure Silver 75% + Brass 25% (Copper + Zinc)
Pure Silver 70% + Brass 30% (Copper + Zinc)
Pure Silver 60% + Brass 40% (Copper + Zinc)
These 5 are made by myself.

What is the thickness of the silver used for making the cylinders ? Your work is extremely artistic and I get inspired watching your videos
The thickness of the silver varies from part to part.
It is approximately 1.5mm to 1.2mm.

I just wish that you could custom make the _gripping section_ of the barrel as well, because the step-down from the barrel is too much and the section looks too narrow for a comfortable hold. Beautiful nonetheless!
The size of the pen cannot be changed arbitrarily.
Because it has to fit into an existing pen kit...

Another beautiful pen, may i ask what the clear stuff was you applied by brush at the last step? Is that like a lacquer to keep the silver from tarnishing like they use on brass?
Camellia oil is vegan oil.
The reason for applying oil is to delay and protect the oxidation of the silver surface.
A very thin oil film protects the surface.
After applying the oil, clean it again to finish.
The camellia oil that I use is safe to eat.
It is a very good natural oil that is harmless to the human body even when the ring is worn on the hand.

Where can I get that textured hammer?
The texture hammer was made by myself.
It is made by applying nail polish or lacquer to the hammer head and corroding the rest with nitric acid.

Why put brass tube in silver pen!? Silver is corrosion resistant so if interior is silver, can use as eyedropper pen and no need for converter or cartridge. But with brass, needs converter or cartridge, is inconvenient!
From the content of your question, it seems that you are a person who does not make pens.
This is because the accessories have to be set on the brass tube, which is also the request of the client.
Every work I make, there is a clear reason for doing it that way.
