Why didn't he masques persona 7:15 on the first game? He could've saved 1 meteor for the next turn, or was it strategy? And Combine Rusher won't have the bonus attack 8:01 since there's only 1 order, right?

i think it was because he didn't have the masques of hydragrum and gravidia masques is usually used as a finisher, i'm not very sure

You're 100% right about combine rusher, sorry about that mistake!
As for why he didn't masque up right away, masques is more of a finisher. The gameplan is to push them with base gravidia then once they're on higher damage you threaten them more with more attacks. If you go into masques too early you're negging too hard for too long
