I don't really think so. I think the bigger one is "reproductive freedom." Reproduction is the act of multiplying the species. Reproducing. You're not reproducing if you're destroying life. The term "reproductive freedom" would be more applicable if the government banned reproducing, banned childbirth, mandated feticide or sterilization, and so people campaign for "reproductive freedom", the freedom to perpetuate the species. The freedom to give birth. So calling for abortion as reproductive freedom is inherently twisting the words and the meaning. Like most everyone, especially in America, supports reproductive freedom. They support people having kids if they want them. That's reproductive freedom. Not feticide.
Where they get this idea is from, is when trump got shot, people started using photos of trump, with Jesus right next to him. People misunderstood the meaning, and basically took it out as people comparing trump to Christ.
It's always interesting the way they say Trump supporters see him as a god or a Messiah, just because we respect him and what he's trying to do for our country.

It was a right though. That isn’t a ‘liberal’ position, it is a factual statement. That’s what Roe vs Wade was all about. The ruling was that the due process clause of the 14th amendment meant that women had a constitutional right to an abortion. Now that Roe vs Wade has been struck down, you no longer have a constitutional right to an abortion. It is for the States to determine. These are just factual statements. What the guy said in the video was correct. You may disagree with his view, but it is just factual to say that there was a right to an abortion under the 14th amendment and this is no longer the case.

Adherents of other religions claim this too. I've seen it in Hindus and Muslims in the most tearful and sincere devotions, which, of course, isn't enough to make them the Truth. Don't get me wrong, I am a Christian myself and I know what you mean. It's just that this 'relationship' statement is not very convincing in itself, largely because it is nebulous and difficult for many to grasp. I tend to put people in three different camps. God fearing that follow religious morals. Faithless moral believing individuals. And Lastly, Non-thinking, no/non stringent moral, bubble minded ignorant followers. I am going to break down the last two groups. Faithless moral believing individuals. These individuals don't rely on religious faith for their morals. This group consists of Atheists and believers of some kind of higher power. While they may believe in a higher power or a guiding principle, their belief is open to scrutiny and isn't tied to religious doctrine. For them, belief is a reasoned trust in something that doesn't have perfect evidence, whether that's an ethical system, scientific inquiry, or personal philosophy. They see religion as a useful guide for some but prefer to forge their own path, using reason and experience to build their moral framework, valuing both personal autonomy and thoughtful reflection. Non-thinking, no/non stringent moral, bubble minded ignorant followers. This group, described as "bubble-minded," tends to avoid or over complicate with "critical thinking" and moral introspection. They follow societal or cultural norms without considering the deeper implications of their beliefs or actions, often choosing what feels good or is popular in the moment. This lack of critical thinking leads to an inconsistent moral framework that can be easily swayed by external pressures or convenience. While they aren't necessarily immoral, their approach lacks the reflection and effort needed to create a meaningful and consistent set of values. Everything is on a spectrum and venn diagram.

Bingo
Clump of cells is the biggest lie ever told.
Google how abortion procedures are done and its like, how can God forgive us for that. Its barbaric.
💯
Ive heard worse. Ive heard "god is pro life" after discussing the canonite genichide.
I have never met anyone who thinks Trump is god. This kid must be going down some dark holes in Reddit or something.
Where they get this idea is from, is when trump got shot, people started using photos of trump, with Jesus right next to him. People misunderstood the meaning, and basically took it out as people comparing trump to Christ.

It was a right though. That isn’t a ‘liberal’ position, it is a factual statement. That’s what Roe vs Wade was all about. “And we’ll argue this by redefining all the societal decay as good actually.”
I don't have a problem with religion. I have a problem with intolerant people (who can be both religious AND non-religious).
No it's mostly atheists, and people who claim to be religious but don't understand it or practice it in any way. Like on whatever podcast the girls who claim to be Christian but are also prostitutes, believe men should be killed off, etc. anyone can say they are anything, doesn't mean they are
I tend to put people in three different camps.
What is your definition of intolerant
@Rymann_23 Hating. Alienating. Condescending. Thinking the person is fundamentally "wrong" to such a degree that you refuse to associate with them and/or passive aggressively entertain their company when you are forced to due to mutual friends, a work function, etc. You look down on them. You are intolerant of their world view. You see them as broken and need to be fixed, otherwise you cannot associate with them.
Using religion as guidance or to find comfort in one's personal life is one thing, it becomes a problem when it's forcefully pushed on others, used for authoritarianism or when it prevents people from seeing reality.
This was a great conversation. Love to see critical to inkers talk even when I don’t agree.

I am an atheist but I do think our country is better with religion. Without religion, the less intelligent fill the void with unhealthy behaviors that bring this country down. Atheism as a whole would only work in a society if most every individual had common sense and great critical thinking skills and even then it would not be perfect, there would still be drawbacks, they would just be different drawbacks than a religious society would have. I have seen pockets of non-religious societies around the world that meet the common sense and intellect portion that I described and I would rate them as better than my current Christian society I live in currently. It almost seemed odd to talk about relevant issues that actually existed in a common sense way vs. the fake issues that the left in the U.S. create and discuss in a moronic way. This is where I prefer the Christian culture over what the left had become. Since there are pockets of what I will call normal citizens, the problem can be directly linked to our education system teaching propaganda rather than how to actually think. Some kids have the mental wiring to not be indoctrinated by fools, but apparently that is not the case for most kids.

We had him as President for 4 years, and things actually weren't that bad, he wasn't a "fascist" like everyone in the media said. That's just my opinion.
When America had religion in public schools, many people did not even lock their doors.
And women couldn’t vote or report DV. Non-whites also lived separately from whites.
How do you equate that with religion. So much time has passed and so many things have changed since those days.
@@brandenbran This country was founded on and run by overwhelmingly Judaeo-Christian values. Over time fewer people have adhered to those values and more people identifying as atheist or following a different religion. Observing that before people felt enough and crime was low enough that locks weren't needed to now where locks are required doesn't take a large leap of logic to figure out why.

As a Christian, I agree with him in not being a fan of modern Christianity having a majority power but from the perspective that Catholics have compleatly given up on following Christ with their Pope saying all religions are a path to God, modern mega churches being full of pro-choice Harris supporters, gay pastors and trans councilors. Trump has never compared himself to Jesus by the way. Actually, if anyone has a Messiah complex, it is One Big Ass Mistake America. His supporters do think of him like a god.
Grown men idolize their sports team and see the athletes as gods, and teen girls idolize their favorite band. It's all the same. Most Trump supporters simply see him as a man who can help get this country back on the right track. When you compare 4 years of Biden vs 4 years of Trump, the difference is night and day.
Trump has said that his book "The Art Of The Deal" is the largest selling book second only to The Bible. I am not going to literally translate that to Trump comparing himself to Jesus. If you have nothing, how does it turn into the universe out of nothing? Makes no sense. Also intriguing, we have so many eye witness accounts of the historical Jesus. Writings from the apostles, and other writings from other people from his exact time. When you study history for example, the earliest writing we have of Alexander the Great were from 300 years after Alexander’s time. So why don't you get Baptized and come to Christian?
I'm a former atheist turned Christian and what brought me to God was seeing the absolute state of our world starting in 2020 and realizing we can't fix things on our own. Humans are too rebellious. Started reading the Bible and it pointed out everything about life on a deep level. Things beyond our understanding that only an all powerful being could create. That hope you speak of is knowing despite the condition of our world, God is patient and he will fix it in his time. Faith in Him is a peace I thought I would never have. That is that hope.
