Listen man I’ll tell you what, I had the opportunity to work backseat the Sunday service yesterday and when they performed “hurricane” the opened it with the children choir. Then when the kids finished the senior choir took over as the kids ran freely to the other side of the warehouse and began to play around. Cartwheeled, imitating ballerinas while the lights were shining on them. It was probably the most beautiful thing I’ve ever witnessed in my life.

I’m in awe. I never thought I’d be able to say that any interpretation of an Adele song is better than the original, but this really moved me. I’m not even religious, and this brought me to tears. Those harmonies gave me LIFE, and the way they intentionally involved kids in such a genius way…I’m obsessed. This entire performance is pure perfection.

Tears are flowing. As I'm grieving 2 of my mentors and now 4th member of my family that has passed away in 5 months. Age 27 great-nephew, due to a mistaken identity. Age 33 cousin, heart problems. Age 56 1st cousin, heart condition. Age 67 family friend/mentor, broken heart syndrome, her sister died a week before.. Age 75 Alzheimer's/Dementia mentor, mother of classmate. Age 82, Aunt of stage 4 colon cancer, mother of 56 year old who died a month before.
