It is beer that is prone to infection and brewery hygiene that dictates the chance. You have a good point still. Because these can't be cleaned with PBW or another high-power cleaner. This is bad brewery hygiene. I have used a similar filter on a 7 BBL system before, but that one was 100% stainless.
