I had sleep paralysis once when i was ten. It started when a dark figure came out of my closet. It slowly made it's way to my loft bed (which is like a bunk bed without the bottom), switching between crawling and taking disturbing steps. When it got to the bed, it got on all fours and then slowly stood up. All of a sudden, everything was back to normal. But i swear to God himself my little brother was in the exact position as the creature was when the experience ended.
I’ve had sleep prallases so I was lying on my bed and I couldn’t move and there were twins that looked like the the girl from the ring and they were doing ring around the roses around me singing slowly and staring down at me with bright glowing black eyes it looked they were peering at me through their pitch black hair. Like so Infinite can see this!

When I was little, I was in an apartment with only my mom and grandma and that night me and her went to sleep in the same bed and I wake up in the middle of the night, and like I’m so tired I open my eyes and I swear I saw and felt my aunt right next to me. I didn’t think much of it so in the morning, she was gone I asked you parents where my aunt went and they said she never was here. To this day I’m still so confused
I have never had sleep paralysis before, but my best friend has it when she was about 9 years old. She told me everything about it, and this is what she told me… She said every night for about a year, she would see her door open slowly. She would be about half asleep, and couldn’t move her body at all. She would then after about 5 minutes of the door opening, see a black figure or a man at the end of her bed. After him staring at her for about another 5 minutes, the black figure started to slowly crawl up her bed. She said she could even feel something crawling up her body. But then the even scarier part comes.. she said when the figure is close enough to her head, it will start scratching her all over her neck and waist up. But one night about half way through the year of having this, she woke up one night after being scratched multiple times by the demon. She woke up and had a long scratch on her neck. She was so scared and didn’t know what to do. After that one night when she woke up, years and years after until she was about 14 she never had it again. She was petrified.
erm that's weird though i can understand the open door, can't move your body and having a black man at the end of the bed but when she can feel it is even more creepier.. Its like a mix of sleep paralysis and reality
Sleep paralysis is when a part of your brain is shut off, mostly your nerves connecting to your body parts, but your still in like a dreamy state as you are awake you can hallucinate/imagine things around you subconsciously as it’s coming from a place of fear

I ran to my bed and his then I heard them shatter a window and slam the door we had just moved in so our lock was broken cause the house had been robbed before I was scared out of my mind I fell asleep then I woke up to hear my dad downstairs screaming for me and my brother cause there was blood we came downstairs and he hugged us tight we were robbed that night and I almost got kidnapped... When I was around 6 or 7 years old, I was in my room watching TV, around 8 at night cause my mum and dad fell asleep on the sofa. All of a sudden, I pause my TV cause I hear my older sister SCREAMING. I go to see what's wrong, and she said that she saw a man outside struggling to walk, and a roaring sound like a SKIN WALKER. She said that it started STARING A HER for ages, until it did another one of its roars, and started speeding towards the house. All of a sudden we hear banging on the windows and doors downstairs. I go to see what it is cause I was a dumb child, and it was just one of my mums friends that lived down the road, but the strange thing is, that very same friend had just gone on holiday to Australia, and we are in England. To this day I am still terrified, especially as my dog started barking, and my dog smashed the window and chased the person, I knew something was wrong.. I woke my parents up like a sensible kid and told them what happened. They ran downstairs to my dog dragging the screaming friend back, and my mum was terrified. My sister was around 14 or 15 at the time. She held down the "friend" and my mum ordered the dog over to her. Being an easily annoyed child, that person pretending to be my mother's friend distracted me from watching TV, and made my sister cry cause she had just punched her, so I ran towards her, grabbed the strange women's face and it was a mask. The person was a random old man that looked around 64 years old, so I grabbed my mums phone and called the police while my dad help him against the wall, I gave the phone to my mum as I was to shocked to say anything, and she explained everything in detail. The police arrived and they said that the man my dad was holding for the police to arrest was already dead, but they took him, and the police car crashed, and none of the bodies, nor the old man was seen again. One my mum heard that is crashed and the old man had ran off back in their direction, my mother moved houses and also told her friend what happened.

When I was around 6 or 7 years old, I was in my room watching TV, around 8 at night cause my mum and dad fell asleep on the sofa. All of a sudden, I pause my TV cause I hear my older sister SCREAMING. I go to see what's wrong, and she said that she saw a man outside struggling to walk, and a roaring sound like a SKIN WALKER. She said that it started STARING A HER for ages, until it did another one of its roars, and started speeding towards the house. All of a sudden we hear banging on the windows and doors downstairs. I go to see what it is cause I was a dumb child, and it was just one of my mums friends that lived down the road, but the strange thing is, that very same friend had just gone on holiday to Australia, and we are in England. To this day I am still terrified, especially as my dog started barking, and my dog smashed the window and chased the person, I knew something was wrong.. I woke my parents up like a sensible kid and told them what happened. They ran downstairs to my dog dragging the screaming friend back, and my mum was terrified. My sister was around 14 or 15 at the time. She held down the "friend" and my mum ordered the dog over to her. Being an easily annoyed child, that person pretending to be my mother's friend distracted me from watching TV, and made my sister cry cause she had just punched her, so I ran towards her, grabbed the strange women's face and it was a mask. The person was a random old man that looked around 64 years old, so I grabbed my mums phone and called the police while my dad help him against the wall, I gave the phone to my mum as I was to shocked to say anything, and she explained everything in detail. The police arrived and they said that the man my dad was holding for the police to arrest was already dead, but they took him, and the police car crashed, and none of the bodies, nor the old man was seen again. One my mum heard that is crashed and the old man had ran off back in their direction, my mother moved houses and also told her friend what happened.

I have sleep paralysis once a week, it is extremely scary. You feel like you should move and you tell yourself to move but nothing happens. It feels like you lost control of yourself. Can anyone else relate?
Oh wow, I've never heard of that. Once a week? What I do is just close my eyes and wait it out, if I fall back asleep I start lucid dreaming. So, just try falling asleep
