[4K] Fouled K3HA | Canadian National Train 532 at Park St. in Brockville

Got some new footage of CN's new GP38Ns from Union Pacific in their glossy new paint! Both units look great, but I can't say the same for the horn. The trailing unit's horn is fine though.
