- In this video join me as I go shopping at a Korean grocery store (H-Mart). We also visited a nursery and saw some beautiful bonsai trees. We got all the ingredients for making kimchi and tried making it at home. We also saw a bunch of different fruits in the supermarket and did a taste test with Alandra. We also got some Enoki mushrooms and made some bajji.

The persimmon you ate is for cooking/baking. The other variety, Fuyu persimmons, are really tasty! They're flatter than Hatchiya persimmons (the ones you ate).
My family didn't try persimmons for many years, but after we tried Fuyu persimmons, we got addicted! We ate ~50 persimmons in just one week! 😊

Enoki mushrooms are used in Korean food as a side which is boiled in soup broths and even in noodles where it’s a stir fry. Maybe u can try to incorporate it in curry and see if it works akka 🦋
