hi deni just a little advice, after you put the mix on the parchement paper, you should leave it on there for about as loong as you can kindd of touch and not completley burn yourself and then press on it (but it should still be hot or else it will crack) and after that process, you should quickly put on your cookie cutter then it should be the perfect cookie.
