Most Indians still dont realize they arent actually free. We still live under colonial laws. Fundamental rights don't conform to liberty of iindividuals. Constitution doesn't actually restraint govt from interfering with liberty of people. Politicians and bureaucrats are first class citizen above common man. We need a liberal political party to amend constitution and abolish colonial laws and govt structure to give freedom to people. Liberty 4 Life.
Fundamental rights do ensure liberty of citizens. But, citizens do not entertain there rights due to ignorance and dependence on political leaders ... There is nothing wrong with the constitution , there is wrong in political parties and the unaware citizens ...

Constitution itself is a RESTRAIN & INTERFERENCE 😂
