Very cool. I love all these videos. I listen to them while running speed workouts. Prob 300 views of the prior ones. This one is about the right length for my mile repeats. Thanks for making it!
I would like to also add that running contests can be quite strange. Below is proof of my PR for a 5KM run (226 pounds+): Christopher Nowak Kitchener 23:00 4 SMW+200 89 4:3622:58 The"4" stands for 4th place and yet, I have run high 28 minute 5KM times and earned medals (one was actually 1st.) I guess that one's success can be determined by who decides to show up for the races.
I would like to add that even though I am 30 pounds lighter today (and healthier), I cannot get anywhere near that mid to high 45 minute 10KM time because: 1) I am almost 20 years older (54 rather than 35). 2) My knees are much weaker. With regards to a male in the lower class heavyweight division (211 pounds +), a guy by the name of DARCY MINTZ from my hometown of Kitchener Waterloo, Ontario ran a 39:17 10KM time at about 215 pounds!!
Here is my suggestion for Best Running Moments #5 (if possible). HEAVYWEIGHT MALES (211-300 pounds). Has anyone heard of "THE BIG MAN RUN"? The only runner I know of who ran more impressively than my 45:53 (gun)/45:40 (estimated chip) 10Km time at 244 pounds is: RON CAVAGE (a low 42 minute run at 250 pounds)!!
Why is it that every race I see with Rupp and Farah, it looks as if Rupp is pacesetting/cheering on his training partner, Farah, instead of digging in with his toes and sprinting? It looks like that when I watch the finish of the 2012 London Olympic 10,000. Rupp seems to be satisfied with silver because he is afraid to offend Farah. "Oh well. Maybe in 4 years." Just speculation on my part, but that's the way it looks.
Thanks for the upload I listen to these every time before I run
Is till doing this haha

He just knew he had no chance to win vs him.
He probably didnt expect to get 2nd place. Ofc he was happy when his friend and him finished 1st and 2nd
