It is soo sad because both Brightflower and Rainflower started as amazing parents❤. Even yellowfang as a kit said she wanted to be like her mother and father. Rainflower was a bit over the top about how great her kits were and gave them the spoiledkit experience, but as soon as stormkit broke his jaw, rainflower shot up to the worse mother in the whole series by the way she treated crookedkit.
@ccowpoke I know im pretty late, but Brightflower was quick to turn on Yellowfang after the death of Wishkit and Hopekit. I know that grief, especially after losing your children, can completely cloud your judgement, but why would she be so quick to believe that Yellowfang was in fault? Even though she was shocked herself when finding their dead bodies? I wouldn't call this an AU tbh
The fact this was started BEFORE Curlfeather's story had fully been revealed makes me realize just how many bad parents there are in warrior cats, man. This MAP is so well done !!!
I really was quite surprised that Moonkitti tried to downplay just how awful Curlfeather was about Frostpaw. "Frostpaw ALWAYS listens" is enough in and of itself to showcase how easy it was for Curlfeather to manipulate her daughter, and how she felt about it. Curl pushing Frost into becoming a medicat was NOT the equivalent to forcing piano lessons on your kid....tf.

Gosh, I cannot believe it’s finally completed!! Although I didn’t participate I have been looking forward to the final map! I have been seeing the progress of the parts and I gotta say, they are all stunning! All of the thumbnails are also beautiful! I cannot describe how impressed I am with all the work that has been put into this, and to note, I NEVER hear anybody talk abt these characters! They are really stepped to the side! Looking forward to seeing this premiere, awesome job everyone!
Yeah, she should be in AU Brightflower's place, since is the same idea. Well, there's also Berryheart, who got so bitter with her first daughter's death that she tried to, indirectly, kill her kits-in-law, keep her younger kits' by her side by emotionally manipulating them, and plot against her leader because she refused to accept the new rules! And now, she's a tyrant's deputy.
And the fact that these mothers got into starclan disturbs me. BUT HOLY WOW THIS MAP WAS AMAZINGGGG 🎉 def going on my playlist of amazing animations! All the participants are so talented and did a great job on their part! It fit so well together and was very well done! Great song choice too!

@AngryUga I don't think she was ever harsh at all besides thinking yellowfang had killed her siblings (because brokenstar convinced her) imo this map paints her in a horrible light just because they needed a thrid and made a pretty bad AU of a decently loving mother
OMG the credits were fantastic. Kinda makes you wonder how Rainflower got into StarClan given how she treated Crookedstar. She didn't even attend his leader ceremony. Mom of the century. Up there with Curlfeather 😂

I really wish Brightflower being a bad mother was made clear in Yellowfang's Secret. She was portrayed as an okay mother (iirc) in the book right up until Yellowfang was accused of killing her second litter. Then she just... immediately believed Brokenstar's lies? Over her own daughter? It feels impossible for that to be that instantly believed unless Brightflower somehow resented Yellowfang to begin with. I know that if my loved one died and the equivalent of my boss blamed another of my loved ones with only their word as evidence, I would never even consider it. It was such a bizarre choice, and the justification of Brightflower just being "hysterical with grief" is kind of sexist to me. Grief is fluid and makes everyone feel differently but its very rare for it to make someone abandon all reason and established character like that. Brightflower being a good mother but believing Brokenstar because she was having a "total woman moment" is honestly worse to me than just having her be a bad mother.
How is her being hysterical with grief sexist? Her kids were brutally murdered. She’s going to be grief-stricken which in turn, really, REALLY screws someone up mentally. How do you expect her to think straight? She loved Yellowfang so much. The only moment besides her banishment where she was upset with her was when she thought Yellowfang as a kit lied to her about eating Crowfood. Which was a minor exchange to be honest. Yellowfang’s scent was all over the kits. There was a lot of proof that she killed them (THOUGH SHE DIDN’T..I KNOW-) so logically speaking, yeah. She looks to be the killer here.

It really motivated me to continue practicing animation and art, and my biggest hope was someday I could be in a map like this as well! I’ve been checking a lot for this map recently and I’m so happy to see it got completed! I’m so happy to see it’s finally done and it looks absolutely beautiful so far! (Yes I have only seen the thumbnail.) I can’t wait to see it and everyone’s hard work! (Also the curlfeather was late had me dying)

I'm not that far into warriors and I'm not sure who the characters are by design aside from maybe Rainflower(the grey one I think) and Lizardstripe(I think she was the yellow one not sure tho), but this MAP was still pretty cool and fun to watch, everyone did so good! I love the idea of the AU too :D
This deserves more likes it's by far my favorite warrior cats map the art is so good the song fits perfectly the cats lip sync with the song it's just amazing!!!!!
Oh my god I was waiting so long for this! I loved watching this map progress! Every second day i would check how many parts were done! I’m so glad this is done!
1: Lizardstripe, treating Brokenkit/star badly, and letting Deerkit/leap and Tanglekit/burr bully him. 2. RainFlower rejecting Crookedkit/star ( because of his accident, she thought his handsome looks were gone, and even gave him that name ) 3. BrightFlower choosing to banish her own daughter, Yellowfang with thinking that she killed her kits, without asking any questions and also treating her badly. I also think CurlFeather should be on here, as she was using her daughter to become leader,and manipulating her. And there’s so many others… And also, Lizardstripe was a very bad, and cruel mother, and she did not only treat Brokenkit like that, but treated her other kits as well, saying she didn’t want them in the first place. And the lyrics probably mistaken those who didn’t read Warriors because Brokenkit isn’t a female/she-cat neither is Crookedkit 😂 This AU is so good!
Wow! I've been waiting for this for a very long time! I'm very happy that he's out. I really like Map's idea. It is unusual as the designs and sometimes the screen is black. And also the work of the artists surprises me!
Good to see some of my most fav bg characters (Tangleburr and Deerfoot) in this AU map. I know they were horrible to Brokenstar and Deerfoot was sharp-tongued to Tigerstar and judged him too quickly, but i actually have a soft spot for bg characters, especially those from ShadowClan and BloodClan. :3

This deserves more likes it's by far my favorite warrior cats map the art is so good the song fits perfectly the cats lip sync with the song it's just amazing!!!!!

badly, and letting Deerkit/leap and Tanglekit/burr bully him.
2. RainFlower rejecting Crookedkit/star ( because of his accident, she thought his handsome looks were gone, and even gave him that name )
3. BrightFlower choosing to banish her own daughter, Yellowfang with thinking that she killed her kits, without asking any questions and also treating her badly.
I also think CurlFeather should be on here, as she was using her daughter to become leader,and manipulating her. And there’s so many others…
And also, Lizardstripe was a very bad, and cruel mother, and she did not only treat Brokenkit like that, but treated her other kits as well, saying she didn’t want them in the first place. And the lyrics probably mistaken those who didn’t read Warriors because Brokenkit isn’t a female/she-cat neither is Crookedkit 😂

Deerkit (Deerfoot) is a tom, the other one is Tanglekit (Tangleburr), who is a she-cat.
Wow! I've been waiting for this for a very long time! I'm very happy that he's out. I really like Map's idea. It is unusual as the designs and sometimes the screen is black. And also the work of the artists surprises me!

Good to see some of my most fav bg characters (Tangleburr and Deerfoot) in this AU map. I know they were horrible to Brokenstar and Deerfoot was sharp-tongued to Tigerstar and judged him too quickly, but i actually have a soft spot for bg characters, especially those from ShadowClan and BloodClan. :3
