Thanks again Scott for another insight into the gems of SoCal,my mind wanders while watching your journeys and a serenity washes over me,it's a wee bit of therapy from the mostly grey weather here in Britain,I think I maybe a sunshine person because no matter where you are if the sun is shining everything seems possible, everything seems fine.

We all need a "wee bit of therapy" everyday. I am so glad to be able to share my SoCal home with the world, it has been the "wee bit of therapy" for 48 years now. Your kind comments, Stuart, make all the love and work I put into these little films so worth it!

Glad you like them! Get in your car and go, you'll have a great weekend! I'm heading out to video another drive in just a couple of hours. Look for Mullholland Highway - coming soon!

What is an easy mountain drive for a beginner? 😅

Palomar is about as easy as mountain roads go here in California. Just the fact that most mountains are fairly steep towards the top mean that the roards are going to twist and turn a great deal usually through a series of switchback turns. You do get used to them in time, and mountain driving can be a great deal of fun. I'm one to always put safety first, and I know to never be in a hurry. Go out and give it a try!
