I felt i could do allot more with all the cash that would be sunk into the deal and likely find something better elsewhere with more return!
How come I did not see any budget for plumbing? Is that something one an do yourself if it is PVC plumbing? Also is it legal for one to do their own potlights?
there is an offer day the next day and the listing price is at $740K. Am I missing something from this video? he is hoping the purchase price is $675K? I'm just confused.

That is a massive lot. There may be enough room to do a Semi. The price may be geared towards enticing someone wanting to do a tear-down.

York still pays a municipal land transfer tax in addition to the provincial portion.
