Incredibly luxurious! Love it so much. Only things I would change would be a different color scheme, probably lighter, and slightly less dramatic, and also get rid of all the built in mirrors, and replace some with decorative removable framed mirrors

I kept saying, "sure, but I bet they don't have a _______ room," but it has it all! Billiards room, library/family room, spa, gym, luxurious theater, poker room, etc. The only problem is the garage: who needs it? You never need to leave home with a place with all these amenities!

They exist, so does the laundry room, but every house has that, wasn't sure you needed to see toilets and laundry....

there should be only one kitchen, the Butler's Kitchen, large and fully equipped, behind closed doors - i cant imagine any of the residents wanting to cook nor wanting to have cooking smells spreading around the house
I thought the same thing. I don't know why people that design mansions don't put an outdoor kitchen in the plan. It will lessen the fire risk and cut down on the cooking smells in the house. Good point you brought up though.

Wherever there is population density, house sizes will shrink and the cost will increase, like in most Indian cities and cities like toronto as well

Ah but remember, our money is worth less than yours. Today (May 24, 2021 - Our Queen's Birthday Holday) .. the exchange rate stands at 1 US Dollar = $1.20 Canadian.

@@assadbarakzai5921 Well the location of this mansion plays a role in the cost. It is in one of the wealthiest residential areas in North America (a bit North of Toronto, Ontario).
This house does not reflect the norm in Canada by any means ... location location. This EXACT home would cost $3 Million in Detroit Michigan, but probably $50 Million in Los Angeles California.
If you're interested google search "Toronto's Bridal Path" and here you will see some of the most expensive real estate in Canada/North America. One of these homes is actually a replica of a Newport Gilded age mansion and all within 40 min drive to downtown Toronto.
Personally, I think the interior of this house is HIDEOUS! Really bad taste .. but the exterior and location is awesome.
Recently I read a review that the most expensive real estate in North American is in Toronto. I was surprised it wasn't in Manhattan but, when I thought about it, New York is more of a renters market whereas Toronto is more ownership.

@@assadbarakzai5921 yeah, our real estate market had increased in the past few years ... I'll be curious what/how the pandemic affects it. My parents live in Windsor Ontario (a city similar to Oshawa) and there a Townhouse will sell for about 700k .. which is insanity if you ask me!
